"My policy was cancelled after 1 homeowners claim. No explanation even after I called. Even worse, the local office did nothing to help me and explain to Corporate the changes that were made to the property after the claim. Amanda would not even talk to me, just had her office help say it was cancelled with no explanation. Go somewhere else!"

I understand the situation you explained is frustrating, but my office always communicates with our customers, even when it is not the result you may hope for. Unfortunately, we do not make these decisions at our agency level, but it was a decision made by the corporate office that we are unable to overturn.
